The wood related industries that we all depend on are provided with a viable solution through the integrated Ellepot Propagation System.
The Ellepot Propagation System is made with passion and care to develop products that are better for the world.
On top of being an overall viable solution for cultivation of seedlings and trees, the Ellepot Propagation System allows you to propagate faster while facilitating the conditions that plants need in order to grow stronger and more fibrous root systems.
Ellepots can be planted directly into the ground, thereby significantly reducing transplant shock. As plant out is fast and runs smoothly, you can experience a significant reduction in labor costs compared to other well-known systems. Our studies show that logistics costs can potentially be reduced by up to 40%, simply by switching from plastic to paper pots.

Our Ellepot Propagation System is capable of producing Ellepots for a wide range of forestry species - like eucalyptus, pine, teak, spruce, acacia and native reforestation.
With our high quality system you can experience valuable benefits throughout your value chain when growing. On top of being a sustainable solution, the Ellepot Propagation System allows you to propagate faster while facilitating the conditions plants need to grow stronger and more fibrous root systems.

Forestry nurseries are operating under increasing pressure. Substrate availability is changing. Labour remains constrained. Output targets continue to rise, while consistency at scale has never been more critical. The FlexAIR 2.0 has been developed with these realities firmly in mind. Building on the proven FlexAIR platform, the FlexAIR 2.0 represents a deliberate step forward in Ellepot production for commercial forestry nurseries. It has been engineered to deliver high-capacity, repeatable performance across peat-reduced and peat-free substrates, while maintaining the consistency required for large-scale tree propagation.
We offer different unique solutions for your setup: Choose from semi-automated Ellepot Machines® or the fully automated Ellepot machine FlexAIR which produces pots with high air content, that gives you softer pots for easier sticking as well as extremely optimized conditions for strong, natural, and fibrous root growth.
This fully automatic machine produces pots with high air content, which gives you a softer pots for easier sticking as well as extremely optimized conditions for strong, natural, and fibrous root growth.
Specifically designed for ø40 x 100mm Ellepots and our advanced Forestry AirTrays, this high-performance setup delivers an impressive capacity of up to 15,000 pots per hour, combining massive output with advanced automation. 🌱 The all-new, precision Ellepot Wire Cutter system ensures clean, consistent cutting across challenging peat-free substrates, such as wood fiber and coco-peat. It’s future-proof technology designed to support what matters most: strong, healthy, and fibrous root growth.
SPECIAL DESIGNED ELLEPOTS FOR FORESTRY
Our wide assortment of propagation paper enables customers to create the perfect microclimate for propagation of all types of young forestry plants within various segments – with free choice of substrate and a paper for every crop. Choose your Ellepot paper based on your unique degradation time requirements from 6 - 12+ months.
SPECIAL DESIGNED ELLEPOT TRAYS FOR THE FORESTRY SEGMENT
Propagation trays are an essential component in the Ellepot System. Ellepot trays are designed as a technology to create the best possible conditions for rooting young plants in Ellepots. The trays are unique and designed to provide optimal air circulation and drainage, preventing circling and girdling of roots.
